@Jen Hi Jen! I don’t know of any farmer that does all three. Check out http://www.bootstrapfarms.ca/ for pork & chicken, and http://www.dobsonfarm.com/ for beef. My mom might be doing a beef order soon if you’re interested you can probably split one with her. A 1/4 cow is usually 130lbs or so.
Also, Hallelujah Organics meats are available at Natural Food Pantry (Hazeldean Rd). in the freezer section. They carry chicken, beef and pork individual cuts although it’s a bit pricier than buying from farmers.
I am a local supplier of Quebec-grown organic and natural meats. I carry organic beef, pork, chicken and seafood. I also have eco-farmed trout and grain-fed chicken.
